    Philippines must at least follow these steps as we are a major importer and the pollution is worsening...

    All cars sold in Thailand to be Euro 5-compliant by 221 - hybrids and PHEVs to comply with Euro 6

    Yes we can follow BUT... the rule only implies to new cars.

    Like our Euro 4 requirement last year.

    In Thailand, mga tuktuk lang nakikita kong luma.

    yes dpfs on diesels. it will help even with new vehicles..
