advantage/disadvantage (gasoline from small players)

1. Mas mura ang prices ng mga small oil players
2. It will provide competition thus forcing the Big 3 to lower their prices.

Disadvantage:
Wala. The quality of all fuels from all players are relatively the same.

client ng tito ko seaoil...their g5 extreme is ok...dami nagsasabi na may halong tubig daw yun...e pano naman maghahalo tubig with oil dba? :D

I tried SeaOil a couple of weeks ago. I initially filled-up my 300SD with their Diesel. I think I get a quicker response from my engine with it. Not much engine chatter, less smoke. I've been using the big 3's Diesel fuel for the past 15 years. No difference between the three manufacturers, I easily get my fuel filters and pre-filters dirty (as in, less than a year). I also tried their 95 Octane rating gasoline on my '81 Corolla, same performance as Shell's Velocity or Super Premium. I didn't have to adjust the timing on the engine. Bottom line IMO? Cheaper price, better value for money. Downside? Very limited station locations. )

Nag shift na ako, matagal na, sa SeaOil.
Quality of their gas, I feel, is better.
Maganda yung Premium nila. 95 Octane.
Kaya lang in the recent price increase,
tumapat na yung presyo nila sa Big 3.

The purists would probably tell you that their gas is better/worse than those of the big 3. But for the average driving Juan, there's really no discernable difference. So save yourself a few cents by going with the small players. Sa panahon nating ito, every little bit counts.
