mga sir,
i'm from nueva ecija, how come our unleaded/regular gasoline here in nueva ecija is expensive by 6-7 pesos? but our diesel is cheaper by few cents in metro manila?
back then the difference is only P1, even with diesel.

i think may trending mga gasoline station dyan, since market competition yan kaya same sila ng mga prices. Parang dito sa manila, may area na mura ang gasolina, pansin mo yung mga kalapit na gasolinahan same ang price. May area din na mahal ang presyuhan and mga kalapit same price din sila.. Irregulated kasi ang pricing ng gasolina dito saten..

October 28th, 2010 04:02 PM #4Well,..same here in Batangas City. though not naman Php6-7 difference. Pero ang matindi nun eh andito ang dalawang Kumpanya ng Langis. Shell and Caltex..dapat nga kung tutuusin mura ang gas here kase less ang transportation cost. Ilang kms lang from the refineries ang mga gas stations. Sad to say its 3-5 pesos mas mahal.

Depende siguro sa layo. Baka may hauling fee pa, kaya may added charges ang mga gasoline stations dyan.
There was a news item before, na ang gasoline sa Batanes eh umabot ng P100/L........

October 28th, 2010 04:36 PM #6I think it's mostly due to competition. In Tagaytay and some Cavite areas it's cheaper for both diesel and gasoline by more around Php1.50. Here in Alabang Premium/XCS/Gold is cheaper than in Makati and QC.
