did anyone happen to read the SpyBiz column on PhilStar today? the car in question is supposed to be the most fuel efficient car in the world -- which makes me suspect either the Jazz or the Matrix. The only other clue given is that CKD sya, not CBU.
that being said...pakiramdam ko he was referring to the Jazz; CBU ung Matrix di ba?

but in reality average consumption of picanto is 14 to 15km per lit. still not bad, but there is 7 to 10KM that was missing to their add.

However I in my experience I have achieved 20 km/L mileage on my M/T Picanto, highway speed (75-80 km/h) with the aircon on, going from Alabang to Tagaytay and back with 3 people on board. CKD - completely knocked down; some assembly required at local plant
CBU - completely built up; ready to run - just add gas
