iniisip ko yun fc. The price difference is not that big considering the big discount that they are giving away. 110k for the 1.6l variant. but yun cost of maintaining the car ang problem ko.

Ung mirage gamitin mo pang city driving, then ung tucson pag long drive. pero iba talaga ang pakiramdam pag galing ka sa malaki then drive ka ng maliit na car.

Fiesta para sakin. It can even become youre primary car since its more spacious. Fits 5 average sized people comfortably. Idk with the mirage though but obviously the fiesta is the bigger car. Malakas pa hatak. According to my bro matipid daw sa gas but of course masmatipid mirage. But atleast with the fiesta its reliability has already been somewhat proven since its been out for a couple of years already. Down side though, the facelift is just around the corner and it looks great.

If its a city car, why dont you get the Fiesta 1.4 AT. It has a regular torque converter transmission and it should be more efficient because it has a smaller engine. Yes it will be slower, but that is irrelevant in a city car, and it should be about as fast as a mirage cvt. Actually the facelift could be good news, there might be a huge discount on the fiesta

If you really want an efficient city car, why dont you get the the Accent CRDi Hatch, It should be much more efficient, but it costs a bit more than a fiesta 1.6 sport

Malakas sa gas yung Fiesta especially it's 6speed powershift variants. Kinda hard to drive it to get really good FC figures and often it is counter-intuitive. You have to drive it the way the transmission wants you which takes a lot of concentration to maintain which can be tiring.

We had a drive with FORD FIESTA and SHELL (as fuel sponsor) last year with very good fuel economy figures BUT remember the route was very ideal to get those kind of numbers. Doing it on a day-to-day basis will be another thing.

The only reason why I am looking at the fiesta 1.6PS is due to the huge discounts that is given today, maybe of the upcoming facelift. 110k discount for the 1.6l variants. pag ganun ang nangyari fiesta only cost 55k more than the mirage gls cvt. Parang sulit na kasi. Pero pag inisip mo consumption parang madugo at hindi ko pwede gawing everyday car ko. So balik ako sa crdi na tucson ko. Pag mirage it would be the other way around but less comfortable. The 1.4l fiesta has 25k discount only so burado na sa list.

mirage na lang. fiesta sa umpisa lang bumenta nawala na ng appeal yun mga hi tech gizmos ng ford. my brother sold his after 6 mos of ownership. powershift variant yun kanya. lakas sa gas 6 - 7 kms/l. jerky tranmission. kung sa fiesta better siguro 1.4L kunin mo.

its a second car, I would get the fiesta. You dont actually need superb fuel consumption. what you probably need is something easy to park. Any slot a mirage can fit, a fiesta hatch can fit as well. in bad traffic a mirage can drop to around 8km/l. The fiesta appears to be tumed more for open road driving, it can get much more from that

the biggest problem with the fiesta is the resale value. It appears the fiesta is loosing value quite rapidly, check how much 2011 fiestas are going for in sulit. But that discount is too much to ignore

no can do ang 1.4l baba ng discount. Went back to ford and they even increased the discount to 115k plus free lto meaning to say lalabas na 684k na lang yun unit. its just too sweet a deal. grrrrr... but when im thinking about the consumption and the cost of owning the fiesta naiinis ako.
