I like the looks of the Xtrail over the CRV. The XTrail is the only one in its category to have a standard foldable 3rd row seat. Given the choice though, I will choose between the Forester or CX5.

+1 sa xtrail for looks alone. Haven't researched and test drove both. HTH

With the bad traffic i dont think the xtrail will achieve over 8km/l in the metro. More in the 4-6km/liter range.
I think they will release a new small turbo version in 2016. Which will be more frugal in the city.

November 17th, 2015 11:28 AM #19CX-5 is great to drive but I think the stiffest ride. I don't trust the start/stop system. It might lead to premature wear in the long run.
As for the 2 choices:
Looks - Xtrail
FC - more or less the same
Ride comfort - For long drives on-road: Xtrail
For the rougher stuff: CR-V. Xtrail seats are better for me but the CR-V's suspension is softer.

November 17th, 2015 10:06 PM #20We both have the CRV 4WD Japan CBU and X-Trail 4x4.
Other features mas Ok ang X-trail.
Looks like TGPH silently edited the article and removed the entry for Velocita Motors/Ferrari.
