If you are going to keep the car for 5 years,- pareho lang ang maintenance cost, IMO.

*s10pao - Kung wala na sa warranty period yung Jazz mo, you might as well do PMS on your own. You can download the PMS schedule from the Honda Cars Makati site and follow it. You just need a good mechanic who specializes on Honda vehicles. As long as no part needs replacement for each PMS cycle, you just spend for engine oil, oil filter, and air filter. If you need to do a consult (in case of check engine warning), you can go to Honda or any auto shop that has the machine to read your Jazz ECU warnings.

sir under warranty pa kasi kaya sa casa muna PMS para safe.

actually naghahanap na rin ako ng reputable shops near makati for my PMS after warranty expires.

agree kay sir beloyb, every 10k pms ng honda, my aunt owns one. base from my friends na naka vios, pag summer every 3 months pinapaclean nila a/c ng vios, can't overcome the heat daw eh. don't know if it's true though, baka masyado lang sila macholesterol kaya ganun.
