In the end, I hope to get a definitive answer on which vios variant is the best in terms of fuel economy. hehe. What I'm getting from the responses, 1.5 for highway driving and 1.3 for city driving?

yup. 1.5 is better than highway and 1.3 for city

Okay naman. Ganda kasi ng feedback sa Vios, lalo na ngayon nalaman ko ang tipid sa gas, baka yung Vios na gawin kong primary car. hehe.

Tbh, heavy traffic everyday mga 14km trip lang traffic pa lahat, fc drops at 9km/L. Worst i got was 8.2km/L ata pero under 1k pa ata odo ko nun. Now im averaging 9-11km/L sa city depends sa traffic

Kung light traffic i get 12km/L, sa highway naman kapag hataw around 130-150kph average mga 15km/L

Wala pa kasi spy shots ng next Vios e, baka naman 2014 pa lumabas yun.

Wala pa 1.3G variant pati 1.3E w/ upgrades (pero wala na sa line-up yung E)
Discount? Hmmm naalala ko mga 50k yata (May loyalty discount pa) tapos free tint. floor mats. seat covers. 3yearLTO. 1year comprehensive insurance. umbrella. + free lunch (courtesy of my SA). Sayang hindi full tank...1/4 lang.

Para sa loyalty discount OR/CR lang pinakita ko.
