Used compact, which to pick?

We are buying a used compact sedan, year 2008-2009, and now, it's between Civic S and Corolla Altis G.
So far, I have these in mind:

Civic S
- more spacious
- more sporty
- better exterior

Corolla Altis
- more expensive because of higher resale value
- more luxurious
- more comfortable
- better interior

pero kung gagamitin ng matagal, tapos hindi sa casa ang maintenance aftyer the warranty period, I will go for the ZZ. :D
