AFAIK MPH forums to galing....this issue has been resolved already ...majority has been replaced under warranty...most of the units were form the first batch including mine... no worries! :D

agree galing mph forums to... im just wondering why it has to be copied and pasted and names ng mga owners here sa tsikot concerning hard starting of mirage which were resolved and replaced? no specific dates when, where, what, how...

anyway, both wigo and mirage have good catches sa buyers so this really depends na lang sa preference ng buyer what to buy talaga...

I am actually included in this list. I had the concerned parts replaced twice in my case. After the second replacement, hindi na umulit ang problema. The mechanic says iba na daw parts number yung second replacement compared sa una na parang sa intindi ko is similar with the original that came with the car.

Covered naman ng warranty so no problem.

ang problema is napapanisan kami ng gas sa sobrang tipid. I have the GLX CVT and it is very easy to keep it below 2000rpm at higher speeds than the manual version.

Mura pa maintenance compared sa ibang subcompacts. 3 liters lang ang oil.

My friend drove his GLX MT to Bicol the day after he got it. No problems whatsoever even with a full load.

thank you...it was really a good decision to go for mirage...just so happen there are no clear feedbacks nor i have read about mirage's long distance travel...by the way, one thing that I love about this car it is very spacious and it doesnt seem that you're driving a small car.. ☺️

Limited Budget of around 550k for a Gas engine with A/T, guess I am stuck with these Two(Wigo A/T and Mitsu.GLX AT).

Exterior add ons goes to Wigo(foglamps, Rear visor, chrome door guards)

Interior: Roomier but plasticky cheap looking ang Wigo sabi nang kids ko.4 power windows sa wigo vs 2 sa mirage, manual sa likod.

Audio: 3 DIN vs 2 DIN (see topgear.com.ph review on Wigo)

Rims: Wigo has alloy rims and Glx hubcaps.Though Mirage(I saw)has bridgestone tires and Wigo has Champola...ooops Champiro tires.

Kung engine mirage sa power and consumption (city driving and a second car) at warranty(first 100k / 3yrs. vs 5 yrs).Bat wala ngang official claim ang toyota?

Paint: Mirages engine bay is gray with smudges of body color paint underside nang hood....di ko gets ang quality control nila sa factory

Kahit paano ko isipin lamang sa akin ang Wigo sa features besides the engine, global brand and 1 keyhole less door

Test driving both would be my tie breaker.

Afaik. 2015 mirage glx does have alloy rims and power windows on all 4 windows.

personally, i'd get the mirage glx over wigo g. reasons include engine size and because it has CVT. bonus na yong FC.

exterior add-ons you mentioned for wigo don't appeal to me, especially the chrome parts :D

rear power window in the wigo will probably be used around 10% only in the car's lifetime, so ok lang mag pawis-window sa likod.

Fc for both cars has been answered already over and over again dito sa tsikot. Probably you need to test drive na lang para ma feel mo kung alin ang mas preferred mo sa dalawa.

Di lang naman po yan sa laki o liit ng makina, may effect din ang bigat/gaan ng kaha at kung may bagong technology ba sa makina (Mirage naka-MIVEC, Wigo walang VVTI).

What do you mean "ayon sa research"? Of who? Hehehe sana credible yun btw kung fuel consumption ok sila ( also include low maintainance and reliability )pareho but in terms of fun to drive, performance, suspension, nvh they are very poor. Inmo, they are build for city driving and nothing more to expect.
