I was choosing between APV and Innova; I chose the APV, I got the Black A/T GLX model. Innova is good also especially the interior, more car-like compared to others, but the overall look of the exterior is of lesser degree compared to APV. Besides, APV's interior isn't that bad, baka yung APV M/T pa.

RE: manipis ang kaha, i think the metal sheet guage used in auto industry is almost the same; mukha lang manipis ang kaha nung APV because mas wider ang section, like yung passenger doors etc. Pansin ko rin ito when you knock on the metal parts.

SArap lang sa Innova, dami ko nang nakikitang after-market parts, di kaya dahil madami na sila sa kalsada? :-)

well one major reason we got the innova is that come resale time, it will hold its residual value very well. safe kumbaga.

Diba ang Toyota Innova truck-based? How about the Suzuki APV, monocoque ba ang chassis?

    re: nipis kaha

hindi kasi solid yung feel ng kaha ng APV hehe. the doors clang hollowly when you close it. parang lata pag katukin yung mga panel. ang lalaki ng panel gaps.

but to be fair, it wasn't exactly meant to compete with mercedes benz hehehe. yun nga lang, mas solid-feeling yung kaha ng innova, imo.

Well said.....pangmasa nga talaga ang INNOVA.

Although the innova is quite expensive for the masses. Who can afford that?? At least the Suzuki APV's price is much realistic and reachable for the masses wanting a BRAND NEW CAR. The masses tend to buy those SUBIC vans and SUVs since the brand new REVO is still too expensive.

Well let's make this simple, Suzuki is for motorcycles, Toyota is for automobiles. Who wants to argue?

    Compare models not brands.

yah right... bro better make your facts straight...

Suzuki is not just for motorcycle it is one of the most reliable SUV maker in the world. Suzuki Vitara, Jimny and the most buttered of them all the Samurai this samurai is often used in very harsh environment such as Mud Rivers, Rocks Mountain any OFF Road Condition.

Suzuki SUVs are design for OFF Roading without any modification as in STOCK! in Cold area in Europe people tend to use Jimny than their own Land Rover becuase of its wheel base and weight, the jimny can travel over stiff ice, over ice lakes and rocks kasi miit kasi pero powerfull at maliit weelbased kaya nde nai-i-stuck sa mga cracks ng ice at rocks.

Also in 4x4 off road competition nde nawawala ang Suzuki SUVs... try to watch car shows.

These cars are very reliable that it was once called the bench mark of 4x4 SUV's in Japan farmer uses Suzuki supper carry in their everyday life and here in the Philippines its called Kabayan, o Pasahero; becuase of its reliabilty the Suzuki Supper carry is used in Davao, Cebu and other parts of the coutry for public transport, specially provinces these little vehicle can withstand any road condition remmeber those super carry are already used.

so hows that for SUZUKI a comapany that na sinasabi mong pang motor?

im not a suzuki user also not a fan im just giving you the right information about the brand of car you were talking.

Yup. To it's credit, Suzuki makes damn fine four-wheelers, especially the Vitara line.

The rear a/c is now a dealer-installed option.
