August 25th, 2012 09:22 PM #1Hi guys! Can you suggest an SUV that's worth the money? Preferably those that just came out with a new model. Our budget is around the 1.6 mark. Our current CRV is in very good condition but my dad usually replaces cars after 4 years of use.
We already have a Prado, X5 and a CX9 so we want something that's unlike those.
Thanks!

August 25th, 2012 09:38 PM #3Yes that looks really good! I've been browsing nga kanina and saw that. Called an unofficial hyundai dealer a couple of hours ago and the price range is around 1.9-2.250M. Have yet to call Hyundai as their offices are already closed. We'll definitely consider that if it's within the price you've listed! Thanks!

Some CUVs that are within the budget.
Nissan XTrail 4WD - 1.550M
Mazda CX5
Kia Sportage
For the SUVs there goes the common Fortuner, Montero Sport, Kia Sorento, Ford Everest etc.
IMO among the local SUV lineup under 1M, it's the Santa Fe that looks best.

August 25th, 2012 11:12 PM #6Searched the net for Santa Fe dealers and found quite a few! Checked the features and Santa Fe's pretty much our choice now :D
To sir *Yebo: Why po? What're the pros and cons of buying from HARI vs gray market? Thanks!

Go check on Hancars. ;)
I've seen their garage/showroom and there were new gen SFs parked there.
You might have to wait for them to release the lowest end Santa Fe, though. Yun lang kasi pasok sa budget niyo.
Check on the Veloster Turbo as well while you're at it.
Choice I would have made as well.
