April 11th, 2013 07:03 PM #11For focus on fuel efficiency, the Innova is a practical choice. Get the 2.5E M/T variant at 989k.
Chinese cars are getting better, but I'd suggest against getting one as of this time since even if some brands already offer quality vehicles, parts supply is still questionable.
Are you open to 2nd hand cars? If you are, you get much more choices. There are the 2.5L variants of the Montero Sport and Everest and even the Santa Fe R e-VGT.
In terms of fuel consumption, it will still depend on your driving style and traffic conditions. But all of them are able to get at least 8km/L city if driven sensibly.

April 11th, 2013 10:09 PM #12Thank you po sa mga sagot! :D I'll try to consider the mentioned vehicles. Yung Innova daw po, may bagong labas next year?
Just curious, any news when the all-new 2013 Kia Carens will come out? I've heard it's next month? I think the starting price is around P1,140,000 based on sulit.com.ph? We might consider it.
Also, will the Hyundai i40 Wagon be introduced here in the Philippines? Same as with the Chevrolet Spin? We might consider them also.

Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
