We went for the Mobilio. Pero wala pang rush at xpander noon. As what is commonly suggested here, test drive all the units that you are interested in. Better test it with your family para malaman mo rin kung comfortable sila sa uupuan nila.

Its bang for the buck daw. Spacious and fuel efficient. Of course they haven't driven the other cars to compare but they are happy owners.

I suggest you go out to a nearby dealer and check out the models you are looking at. Demand for a test drive. It is best to know how a vehicle behaves in your hands before you buy it.

Try mo rin yung Casa ng BAIC katabi ng Nissan sa Chino Roces ave. Inquire mo yung BAIC M20. Yun eh kung ok lang sa iyo China brand.

    1. You have to set your main considerations first. It will help you decide a lot.

    Example:
    1. Comfort
    2. Power
    3. Value for Price/Money
    4. Space
    5. Handling
    6. Maintenance Cost
    7. Toys/Accessories/Features... ETC ETC

    2. Test Drive. Nothing beats the actual use

Try mo rin Vw caddy. 1.6l TDI plus it's a real 7 seater na full space for all occupants. May trunk space and it has dual sliding doors. Platform is the Golf so parang mas mahabang Golf lang siya. Easy to park in malls kasi sliding doors so maliit lang clearance needed para sa rear seat occupants.

Farthest we went so far was Vigan. 7 passengers (all adults) po kami lahat lahat plus several bags.

if i were a guest, sitting in the third row, i wouldn't complain too much, either.
    heh heh.

    seriously,
    test them all, sir.
and remember that not everybody is only 5'1" .

Your choices fall somewhat neatly into these categories:

    Minivan look - Xpander
Station wagon - BRV / Mobilio
    Mini SUV - Rush

But as always, bring the entire family to test drive them all. Doing so also gives you an insight into what each brand's after-sales service and long-term cost of ownership will be like. It's fun too.

I think it would be between mobilio vs xpander? Nakalimutan ko na i prefer manual over matic so out na yung rush kasi 5 seater lang yata pag manual afaik. lol

    +1.

Comfy ride, very minimal cabin noise and decent fuel consumption both in city and highway driving. Value for money indeed. The 1.4 GL AT model was at 818K srp prior April 1. Now it's 865K na.

But if you have a budget above 1M, the BRV might be a good buy.

Matic po yung variant namin kaya can't say for the fuel consumption of manual variant. Pero yung amin po, pag weekdays po, going to work and back home, nasa 7-8 km/l. Highway driving kaya umabot ng 16-18 km/l. ECO light on tapos 90-100 km/h ang takbo.

Hehe. Kaya hanggat maaari, isama ang pamilya sa pagtetest drive para malaman mo rin ang feedback ng magiging pasahero mo.

Test drove the mobilio cvt and it was ok for a daily drive. Tama lang for relaxed driving in the city traffic lol. Mitsubishi doesn’t have a test drive unit, i think only in major cities like manila or cebu have test drive but saw it in the metal. The exterior was nice but the interior was the opposite parang walang dating lol (just my opinion :D). The mobilio’s interior was more of a magnet for me. Just being seated inside it doesn’t want me to go out same with the br-v. So I’m giving the xpander an “X” hahaha. It’s now between the mobilio MT vs the br-v cvt. :D
