to the TS:

Meron at meron yan aayusin, depende nalang kung minor or hinde.
Hirap wala spare money for repairs, sasakit lang ulo mo.
Now, kung kaya mo mag-release ng 30k ng walang kahirap hirap then go 120k max lang talaga. Pero kung wala, babaan mo budget mo to the least of 100k.

Ok lang -- naka-Corolla din naman ako eh, although I don't think may 96 GLi ka na makikita for 120k that's in good condition.
Hindi rin totoo yung Toyota = mura, ha. When my tie-rod end broke, I had to spend 21k to replace everything. My engine support broke down on me when I was just at 64k kms, I had to pay 8k to replace it. When my OEM RR shock broke, I had to replace the 2 shocks at the rear with KYB gas struts, costed me 4k+ sinabay ko na sa lowering spring na kinabit ko. And several other components as well that has broken down because of ageing. Pretty typical for an old car.
Syempre, I don't really go for cheap parts.
Brand new na genuine talaga pinapalit ko.
Masakit sa bulsa, definitely. But then again, if I opt for cheaper replacements .. several months lang warak nanaman. Unlike itong mga pinapalit ko, it can last several years more since bago nga original pa.
EDIT:
My car's odo now is at 71k kms, so far there's really nothing to fix except for tiny bits such as the cigarette lighter not working. But that's no biggie since I don't smoke inside the car anyway.Last edited by renzo_d10; April 21st, 2012 at 02:18 PM.

thanks sir renzo, i mean yung nakikita naming mga gli 97-98's are around 160k, siguro kaya naman namin tawaran since cash payment naman and sana, makakuha talga ng ok. so about the parts, pareho pareho lang din naman pala, pero does toyota have the cheapest replacement parts in teh country ? or meron pang iba? I dont know pero I feel safe having Toyota as my first car.
anyway, promoting lang my page
