If you intend to use the rig for offroad most of the time, why not consider an imported brand new LC70 V8 TD sir? Although the price might be higher than your two choices but it has a classier look too.
Btw the choices though, the BK should be better because it has a diesel engine and good space. The FJ has poor legroom in the back for those who have large frames and also, the 4.0 V6 may be thirstier than expected but it is more faster and also it is a unique looking vehicle.

meron dahilan bakit ang taas pa din ng resale considering its a 4.0 gas engine...
fj is the antithesis...
