Hello sa lahat ng mga tsikoteers. mga sir.gusto ko ulet sana humingi ng konting tulong/suggestion/opinion sa inyong lahat. i had decided to lower down my budget on buying a car since i think that it will be more ideal at mas makakaluwag ako kung ganito nalang. sabi nga sa akin ng lolo ko. "wag aakapin ang puno kung di mo kaya talaga"

Nagpost na din ako before and humingi ng suggestion sa inyo about buying a second hand car with a budget of 330-350k and i would like to say thank you sa LAHAT ng nagreply/ngcomment...from 330-350k na budget.im gonna slash 100k off of it. so it will be around 230k. since ganito nalang ang budget.for sure di ko na kakayanin ang SIR or 2001-2002 model na civic which is suntok sa buwan talaga for me. and i come up with 2 car to choose from:

"LANCER GSR 1997-1999 model"
"HONDA CIVIC HATCHBACK(EG) with B16a engine"


sa tingin nyo sir? which of those 2 door cars is better?
any points and reason will be consider. basta anything that you can say about those 2 cars.
about the EG.price usually range from 180k and the GSR.around 230-250k.(based on ads on tsikot)

sa EG. most probably. may sosobra sa budget ko, and i would like to have it spent sa mga papaayos or sa pagseset-up ng kotse.about sa GSR.type ko talaga yung car na yun kaya di ko maiwasan na isama lagi yun sa choices ko. but still. i want to hear/read comments from those people who had an experience with these cars and knows more than i do regarding with car.

Please check how much kilometer have been used, if less than 55T km medyo ok pa iyan but if more than better to buy a new one around 550T price, make down payment the 230T and pay for 2 yrs and you have a brand new car.

Tama si lolo. Dont bite more than you could chew. Get the best suit for your budget, mahirap mag monthly payment dahil obligado ka.

its always a great feeling if u will be buying something u really like... chempre wala kang pagsisisihan jan kase gus2 mo tlga... but if ur really want something that would be reliable in the future, (more on usefulness rather than porma) id say na i-downpayment mo na lang sa brand new car... since ur also thinking na pag bumili ka ng 2ndhand car, pappormahin mo ren sha in the future.. pareho lang ren magiging magastos... ang hassle lang kase sa 2ndhand cars, eh hinde mo tlga alam kung anong condition history ng bibilhin mong sasakyan, chempre every owner would say na TOP CONDITION ung binebenta nya, and thats purely SALESTALK! not like kung bibili ka ng brand new car, asa sayo na talaga how will u maintain ur car to be in the greatest condition... and in the long run, u will learn to love your car as if its something u dreamed of... kahit sabihin nating hyundai getz ang sasakyan mo, u cud olweiz treat ur car like it was a mercedez benz of ur life..

if u are really budget conscious, and talagang hinde mo kaya ang monthly amortization... better think again, baka naman hinde ka pa talaga ready to own a car... it also boils down to what u really need, and yung kakayanin mo... afterall, owning a car is like marriage - may kadikit na responsibility and obligations yan...

hanep naman advise ko, parang mey asawa na... ehehehe...

If you have enough money left over to fix and maintain the GSR, buy it by all means since yun ang dinidikta ng puso mo. Kung new driver ka lang, mag aral ka ng konti magkumpuni para kung masiraan ka.

Kung veteran driver ka naman at gusto mo talaga ay new, puwede din nga na mag-ipon ka pa muna then buy a new car later on.

[SIZE=3]* ctianzkie - sir thanks sa advice mu. well explained. tama ka. it looks like owning a car is like getting into a relationship or even getting into marriage where in you will play the role of a husband, your wife/gf is your car. i think that im ready na din. napagisipan ko na din to ng maraming beses at talagang ihing ihi na ako na magkakotse... hopefully,di maging sakit ng ulo ang magiging una kong car. hehe. well about sa brand new car? kinonsider ko na din yan, i consulted sales rep already.asked them kung magkano ang down at monthly. kaya kung sa kaya pero todo higpit ng sinturon at ang isa ko pang iniisip eh balak ko din mag abroad. paano na ang paghuhulog sa kotse? gusto ko lang maexperience ang pagkakaron ng kotse at panchicks na din also privacy. hehe. para di hussle pag magmomotmot. joke.

hanap ka na lang ok ang condition para less hassle sayo...

magresearch ka ren d2 sa mga specs na mahalaga in buying a 2nd hand car... ^_^

mga tsikoters, kung mey mkkita kayong GSR sa any branch of SOGO or Victoria Court... kilala na natin kung cnu ang andun!

No prob. Besides madaming tutulong sayo dito if ever magkaprob ka sa gsr mo. Advise ko lang. Check engine and underchassis first and have everything fixed before you go for aesthetics.
