pero it will all depend on anong engine ang gagamitin. yun prado ba eh stick pa rin sa 1kz engine? ang patrol ba eh dun pa rin sa 3.0L engine nila? sensya hindi ko alam ang engine code ng 3.0L ng patrol engine. pero tingin ko naman siguro eh comparing both with diesel engines naman eto

Between the two, I`d go for the Patrol over the Prado.

Gamit pa rin kasi ng prado ang lumang body, pero yung partol hindi na masyado.

Kung ako naman papapiliin. MagExpedition na ako 5.4L or LC200 V8 ;)

The upcoming all new Nissan Patrol will use Renault’s new V6 dCi which was co-developed with Nissan. The new 3.0-litre engine has been designed for both transverse and longitudinal applications and can be adapted to pass Euro5 and California’s tough emission regulations.

Rated at 245hp and 450Nm in its initial incarnation, in rear or four-wheel drive applications, the V6 dCi will deliver torque outputs of up to 550Nm.

The 2010 Prado will have a 4 cylinder 3.0 D4D turbo diesel engine that cranks out 173 horsepower.

basing on early reports alone, if it were true, hands down patrol especially if priced competitively to the prado. slap on the infiniti brand and the executive factor increase two fold.

but how do you compare cars which haven't even been released in the market yet?

Yup both are of different SUV category.. The 2010 Prado must b e compared to the facelifted 2010 Pajero with the 3.2 diesel engine that produces 200HP then the 2010 patrol vs Landcruiser VX200.. but for that comparison, ill choose the landcruiser vx 200 hands down

When are they going to bring in the new Patrol and also the facelifted Prado? Between the 2, I like the Prado better, but if it was me, I'd get the LC200 V8 twin turbo diesel.
