My budget is 120T

Well, average price for a Box-Type is around 30-50k... you'd be lucky to get 30k for it if there's a lot to fix... The gives you a total budget of 150k, maybe... but cars at 150k often need another 20-50k of work on them (unless you get lucky).
30k to bring a 25k car up to 50k condition ain't bad. Use it for a little while, and if you can't get good mileage from it even after cleaning and re-conditioning the carb, then just wait a while and save up some more before buying a newer vehicle. Because you'll definitely need more money than 150k for a newer more reliable car. At least 200k to be sure.
A 200k car will be relatively reliable... or you could get a 150k car and set aside the 50k for contingencies.
How far is valenzuela-bulacan-valenzuela? 100p sounds just right.... halos 2.3 liters lang yun.
Sell it when you can't use it anymore. As it is, in the condition it's in now, sacrifice sale lang yun... baka baratin ka pa ng 10k nalang.

1982 lancer car? kung gagawin mo classic puede siguro, pero kung pang-araw-araw mo hindi advisable tingin ko. baka araw-araw ka din parahin ng mga pulis to check what's under the hood, particularly yun aircon requirement ngaun.

I find it odd that a lot of shops are still selling Lancer Boxtype replacement door panels even though the vehicle has been off the market for such a long time. hehehe.

Hehe... oonga, no... pero as it stands, ganoon pa rin... lalabas na sacrifice sale nalang. For me, fix it up... use it for the meantime, and save up some more for the next car. Sell it only if you don't need it any more, because the small amount you get from the sale can just as easily be saved up in a couple of months.

Kung kailangan mo ng pang araw-araw, get a second car then gawin mong project car yan kung gusto mo.
Puwede i try, 1. Palit air filter 2. Linis throttle body 3. Linis MAF sensor 4. Check spark...
high idle RPM at engine start
