it's just that Car Loans are getting affordable. I remembered year 2002, 36 months na ang pinaka-lowest plan rate, ngayon may 60 months na.

    Pinaka popular? Probably the exotics.

    Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porsche etc.

    Why? Because everybody wants one.

most buyers of Montero sport are company employees. they are given car plans with limit of 1M to 1.2M then they add na lang yun remaining balance on their own.

ang katwiran is like this, if they can buy a vios based on their net worth today. what more kung may push-up car plan to increase their chances of getting a montero.

actually, maganda style 'to ng mga kumpanya to keep a leash on employees. usually naman ang pinoy madaling ma-pirate and so providing them with Monteros eh diba habang panahon ka na sa kumpanya

and of course, the all-time wish ng middle class to imitate the rich, buying a fancy big suv. and it's comparable to the Iphone mentality, dami naka-Iphone ngaun while karamihan ng kakilala ko filthy rich, naka nokia e-series na entry level lang

Haha that's so true. Actually, I know someone who is like that. Relatively cheap phone don't know the model, but he has an assistant who hands him the phone when he gets a call.

Subcompact sedan: Vios, since it's currently the bestselling car in the country. Honda City na rin.

Compact sedan: mula noon hanggang ngayon, Corolla at Civic talaga. Sikat din noon ang Lancer at Sentra, pero hindi na gaano ngayon.

Midsize sedan: Corona (not sure kung midsize?) at Accord noon; Camry ngayon, although dumadami na rin ulit ang Accord

AUV: the FX-Revo-Innova lineage, Crosswind and Adventure (both are roughly 10 years in the market!)
