    what does this(RS) stands for and what modifications were done to make it different from a VTI?

    The Civic RS vs VTi are both mechanically the same. The only difference is the special color and some added esthetic parts.

    RS can mean the ff:
    - raised stickerprice
    - ricer saloon
    - ricer sedan
    - resale sucker
    - racing spoof
    - rich sucker

    RS yung may funky colors at silver center console. Meron ding ga-higanteng 'RS' graphics sa pinto.

    Sa 7th Gen, ito yung black na may ibang mags, ducktail spoiler, side skirts, airbags and ABS, offered only in M/T. It's essentially a VTi also.

    Thanks for all your replies. I did noticed some changes with the RS. So far,may added na CD changer, seats are of different fabric,may silver sa frame ng aircon louver and sa base ng shifter. A pair of tweeters beside the side mirrors (must be six speakers). And the color,same with SIR.

    Sa engine kaya, are there some modifications done internally which can not be seen by the naked eye?
