August 19th, 2013 05:13 AM #1Hi Guys,
I'd like to ask for your opinion on this. I'm planning to start a UV express business and I'm choosing between these 3 vehicles.
3) Most fuel efficient?
4) Will provide me with the least downtime
5) Customer support?
6) Cheapest operating cost?
7) Since they are all diesels, which one will be less prone to smoke belching?
8) Which one will have parts readily available?
Hoping for your inputs guys...
TnX...

August 19th, 2013 06:04 AM #2Based on what I read and told since I did not own any of the 3:
Crosswind. Pang kargahan at pang rough roa.
2) Alin sa mga ito ang pinaka reliable?
Crosswind.
3) Most fuel efficient?
Crosswind.
4) Will provide me with the least downtime
Crosswind.
5) Customer support?
Revo, Toyota has superb customer service.
6) Cheapest operating cost?
If you will be maintaining in casa, halos pareho lang siguro operating cost. But if outside, probably cheaper kung Isuzu and Toyota due to availablility of parts and number of mechanics, espiecially Crosswin, since its engine has been around since 1985 pa yata,
7) Since they are all diesels, which one will be less prone to smoke belching?
Revo. Smoke blecher boy always target crosswind along C5 kalayaan interchange.
8) Which one will have parts readily available?
Isuzu and Toyota.

If you're looking at secondhand cars, no point going to the dealership for anything.
Parts are readily available for all three. There are a zillion Adventures on the road and even more 4D56 motors (the Adventure uses the same motor as the L300)... so parts are everywhere. Absolutely everywhere.
The Crosswind is the most practical pick among the three, though yes, it is the most prone to smoke belching.
The Revo, however, I've always felt to be the most comfortable.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

August 19th, 2013 08:09 AM #4My answer would be Crosswind.
Pero if you will use it as a private car, good luck when you pass in the croc infested areas.

Either an Advie or Crosswind is fine. Just look for the best unit available.

August 19th, 2013 10:15 AM #7Tnx guys for your immediate replies.
I'm fishing for a brand new unit.
Actually, I like the Crosswind more among my options. yun nga lang I have 2nd thoughts because of it's tagged being smoke belcher. Bakit nga ba kasi ganun?

If pang UV Express, then get the Crosswind.
We own an Advie, and it would be a better buy if for private use (mas comfortable, less smoke, better interiors, lots of parts), pero not as rugged and as powerful as the crosswind sa akyatan (has better torque, better pulling power).
I'm using 2T oil sa advie, halos walang smoke and better engine response.

Yung service ko sa office is a Mitsubishi Adventure GX. It's very reliable kasi yan dala namin parati sa field work sa Tuguegarao, Ilocos and Baguio.
With regards to servicing, parang typical na diesel vehicle lang. Parts are readily available.
considering a Ferrari has an average price range of 20-25M. multiply that with 666 units sold then...
