    hmmm..... strada din ako....

muntik na kaming kumuha nang pick up last year and it narrows down to strada vs frontier na lang..... personal preferences ko na lang yung strada, mas maganda ang ride....yung frontier nang kaibigan ko ang tigas talaga nang ride, dapat eh me dalawang sako na bigas parati dun sa bed...hehehe tsaka mas available ang parts nang strada (4d56tdic engine) kesa sa frontier sa probinsya namin...

regarding ranger, a friend of mine told me na ito ang latest company fleet car nila, pang harabas talaga ang gamit, me 3 daw silang units at yung dalawa eh bumigay na, yung isa tranny, yung isa naman eh cylinder head daw...more than 2 yrs pa lang ginagamit, unlike nung mga luma nilang L200s na halos wasak na yung mga bodies pero di pa rin bumibigay yung makina...medyo mausok na nga lang daw...ipanghila ba naman nang mga generators eh....hehehe

pero sa ngayon, me DMAX na.... medyo panibagong pilian na naman yan...hehehe although di pa tested yung reliability nya dahil bago pa talaga compared sa ibang truck ngayon....few more years will tell if it has the same reliability w/ their fuego line up...

just for your reference also, a friend of mine got one of the original 1995 gen 2 pajeros. their family got it brand new in 1995 and it now has .... 270,000 kms. di pa kailangan ng overhaul. can you imagine? solid nga talaga ang 4d56 na makina.

yung sa office namin 190,000 kms, major body rehab ang kailangan, walang engine problems.

Like I told you! Go for the Strada o kaya Hilux 4x4!

Wow. this is a 4 year old thread.

What are the signs and symptoms of a cracked cylinder head?

I'm wondering if the cracked cylinder head is connected to the presence of a turbocharger. The worst engine-related problem we've had was an oil leak at the valve cover, which was due to insufficient sealant.
