Hello. I'm planning to get a brand new Urvan Escapde and my second choice would be the 2010 L300 Versa Van. So far, the only reason why I would get the L300 is the money I'll save for 5yrs, and that's amounting to about 240K.

August 9th, 2010 12:09 AM #14The two are basically the same, but I'd get the Urvan for the more powerful engine and better aircon. The only ace I can think of that the L300 has against the Urvan is the dual sliding doors and the lower price, besides, if you are the one driving, you wouldn't want the L300's column mounted shifter, manual yun, nakakangawit kaya...

August 9th, 2010 01:44 PM #15I remember the times when I was a little boy always seating at the front of our gasoline fed L300VV, when it's traffic I always tell my father, "ang init na ng pwet ko, yung sayo?" Hahaha, then my dad said, hindi daw, kasi sa akin daw yung makina, sa kanya wala. Ahahahaha!
At nakakatuwa yung shifter nun, naalala ko maliit pa ako, tas nung bago lang sa amin yung L300 nalilito dad ko, akala niya lage nasa baba yung stick hehe. Pero ang cool niya, gusto ko matry. hindi ko kasi yun na drive, 7 years old pa lang ata ako nun. hehe.
Sorry OT.

Urvan for me... Both are reliable, but the aircon is critical for a large van like this...

considering all factors plus price diff parang L300 nalang. ung red maganda

Rode in a brand new L300 and it felt like riding a used car. hehehe. Dami agad rattles and the interior materials (lawanit, cardboard, vinyl, etc.) really scream cheap!

Ay tinatanong pa ba yan? Hahaha! L300 without second thought...
Yung L300 namin 15 years (or more i think...) and still counting! Haha! Never tumirik (except for the dead battery)... yun nga lang parusa ang aircon. Itabi mo sa bagong L300 mas mukha pang "top of the line" yung amin. Pangit na gulong nung bago e. Hehe!
Pero just in case you plan to buy a brand new L300... uhmmm, errr... think twice? Hehe!
Sana may L400 na or L300 na CRDI! LOL! XD
