I'd get the newest ESi I could find, say, a 1995 model those whose plates starts at *UAH--7* and the likes. Btw, kahit 1995 din pala I wont pay 190K for an ESi. It's already in the range of EK series. Yung mga VTi/LXi variant. Furthermore at 190K you can get a fairly decent 99 Sentra SS or 98-99 Lynx Ghia/GSi already.
