Kaya nga pinag-iipunan pambili ng brand new para walang problema ang ibibigay pala yung mga demo unit. Buti pa yung second hand makakapamili ng husto.

tmp doesnt have car carriers, so halos lahat ng units are driven off from the sta. rosa plant to the dealer offices, thats one reason, pero, malaki possibility na ex-demo unit ung nakuha nyo, or ginamit na "taxi" ng dealer staff, ang laki masyado ng mileage eh...

It is also possible if his unit was purchased from the provincial dealers.
My unit was from Toyota Ortigas. 55 kms on the odometer when I got it. They only received the unit three days before I took delivery.

Re: demo units
I have no problems with dealers using the delivered car as demo unit as long as they give an appropriate price reduction and other full disclosure.
someones are (at last!) loudly asking, "why did they turn off the countdown timers?"
