Hi to all tsikot fanatics. Im planning to buy a 2nd hand car this april... My budget is from 400-550 thousand. Here are the cars na kino-consider kong bilhin...
Civic-2001-2004 or 2005 -eagle eye na sya.
    Rav4 2nd gen- 2001-2003
Bmw-any kind basta yung modern na yung shape, hndi yung makanto na body like nung mga i think upto 98 models.

I need your experties, please help me dicide what to get... important sakin yung porma, reliabilty nung car, fuel consumption then power. Kaso here are some of my concern... Pag matic ba ano yung pinaka malaking risk? is it true na basta marunong at alam mo yung proper way to drive an automatic pwede mag last yung transmission nya ng pang mataglan tlga? But i think matatanggap ko pa kahit medyo malakas sa gas... Takot lang ako dun sa magastos emaintain. Bmw yata yun...?
Feel free kung may masusuggest pa kayo na best car that i could get with my money.
Thanks in advance...

sa mga choices, yung civic pa lang yung nasubukan ko drive. ok naman yung performance pero medyo ingat sa pangilalim ng civic es. mas madali bumigay kesa sa mga older model civics. sa budget, malaki na... ill go for a jazz or altis with that budget.

sa a/t naman, more maintenance kailangan nito rather sa m/t (obviously). tama, basta alaga sa change atf oil, and hindi baurbal gumamit yung mayari, tatagal naman yung tranny.

bmw? hmmm if your ready for the high cost of maintenance, ok lang naman. just be sure na ok pa condition nung bibilian. kasi kung may tama yun, madugo repairs. hehe

rav 4? i like the rav model na yan. i think it would be a good buy basta kilala yung bibilan and may records siya ng repairs. i just dont have an idea sa FC niyan.

Malakas ata sa gas yung RAV 4 2001-2003 model. Di ba 4WD yun?

BMW. Medyo mahal parts. Pero kung ma afford mo why not?

Civic. Yan medyo practical pa. Pogi points pa yan. Actually all three are pogi points.

Most modern cars (1999 onwards) are rather easy to maintain daw unless lemon talaga nabili mo. Even A/T and CVT cars. Nasa regular maintenance lang yan. Remember regular maintainance=lowering chances of disaster and expenses!

do you have a separate budget for the repairs/replacements? if none, I suggest that you buy a car within 300-399K range car then allocate the remaining budget for repairs/replacements. you can even opt to customize your newly acquired vehicle if you like since you have extra cash.

Based on your options, I would go for the Civic. BMW will just be a head ache when it comes to maintenance costs as well as replacement parts. RAV4 is ok but your problem here will be it's higher fuel consumption and expensive replacement parts.

All cars in the options are basically four doors with a seating capacity of five people. Only the RAV4 has more cargo space.

i go for japanese cars, so down to 2 choices, civic at rav4.

Cge na,share your comments pa... Then ano ano yung mga disadvantages nila... Now that we're done with the FC issue... tnx tnx tnx
