L x W x H
AVANZA 4120 x 1630 x 1695
CARENS 4585 x 1800 X 1650
LIVINA 4420 x 1690 x 1595
So Livina is in between of Avanza and Carens, same with the pricing but IMO it has better value for money (considering their top of the line models, price and FC - diesel is getting more expensive than gasoline na). Nakasakay na kami ng family ko sa Avanza taxi, 2nd row ay Ok for 3 adults so I think Livina's 2nd row is much better than Avanza.

Yeah.. this is one of the drawbacks of Livina, kaya when visiting Nissan or during test-drive, I suggest na maupo sa 3rd row and check whether cold air is really reaching the back side. Accdg to Nissan website they designed the windshield and roof in such a way na yung air vent sa front ay kayang mag blow ng cold air sa 3rd row and accdg also to some motoring review it works daw.
