budget is less than 900K, bnew. i'm not yet sure if i'll settle for a "gas" of "dsl"
KIA Carens compared to Toyota Innova
1) quality - ?
2) warranty / after sales service - ?
3) fuel consumption - ?

please state also your reason why this one not that one...

Both choices are nice...
Innova if you want a gasoline engine, manual transmission, bigger space and want to play it safe (like the 1 million Innova owners out there).
Carens if you want a diesel engine and a great looking car. It is also slightly more comfortable and more driver oriented.
