Yup... you notice, the angle point between the windshield and the hood is nearly above the front wheels. The extended dash gives the feeling of greater room, and gives the car a more sweptback look without sacrificing height.

And here I thought the Mazda already had a big hood.

cab forward na cab forward pala yan.. except the "extra" space doesn't do the passengers and driver any good since it's all dash.

and speaking of big hoods... i don't think anything short of Hitler's 500SK Benz can beat the 626 hood. everytime i see that hood i get pissed off
