i can't decide which to get...
    fuel efficiency..
ease of driving.. in which car will i arrive at the office, still feeling fresh?
lightness of driving, e.g. steering wheel. which has a lighter touch? my shoulders are getting old kasi..
the other variables are addressed adequately by either model.
    any little help, helps. thanks.

Id pick the altis for ease of driving and if you will be using the car driving alone.

Driving? Driven both, sa Innova ako kasi mas mataas. Kita pati ang nguso nya.

Altis. Very light to drive. No diesel clatter. More features (assuming you're getting the V). Looks classier too.

Innova only if you need to seat 7, or want something more durable.

Depends on your purpose.I drive an innova a/t diesel,it's fuel efficient,8 seater (G variant),all power features, cool a/c,and many more.Don't worry about the engine humming sound, you'll get used to it.Hope this helps.

Fuel efficiency - Innova, given that diesel engines are usually more efficient, and lower cost per liter (P42 lang dito sa amin). However, given that diesel maintenance is twice as often vs petrol, baka bawi rin (every 5k pag diesel, 10k pag gasoline).

    Driving comfort - altis

Innova is bouncy compared to the altis. Softer ride = feeling fresh arriving at the office...

    Altis
    - even my old AE111 is easier to drive than the Innova. Lighter steering feel.
    - driving position is spot on now for me.
    - newly FMC'd. Will still be the same chassis after 5 years.
    - more luxurious interior.

    Innova
    - Tall, can seat 7 pax
    - Driving position is so-so for me. I can't find the perfect setting. Feeling ko masyadong mababa ang manibela
    - In less than 2 yrs, papalitan na ng totallyl new model. Magmumukhang luma agad. Parang mga 2013/14 revo nung lumabas ang innova.
    - Almost same FC as Altis in city driving. Depende sa driving habits. Cheaper nga lang ang fuel kasi diesel.

Choices ko din ito pareho pero Altis for me dahil 90% of the time less than 5 ang sakay ko.

+1 altis here otherwise innova if you need extra cargo space. IMO nakakapagod kaya idrive ang innova sa maghapon lalo na pag na stuck sa trapik. Grrrr!!!

Innova for versatility and practicality. I suggest get the previous gen. IMO better then the new facelift.
