The best Tucson variant IMO is the 1.338M 2.0ReVGT. You can also have a look at the Ford Focus Ghia 2.0TDCi. As for the Honda Civic, the 2.0S is within your budget, though I wouldn't buy this if I were you as there are simply too many of these on the streets already. The Lancer EX would be more unique if you're in the market for a gasoline sedan.

My vote goes to the Focus TDCi Sedan or Hatch.

Or Lancer EX GT-A.

Tip ko lang, before you buy. Do a LOT of research about the car you want to buy. Visit the dealerships. Ask for a test drive.

Know everything about the car. The maintenance cost, how to take care of it. Lalo na ibibigay lang pala ni mom mo sayo.

Bata ka pa siguro, like me Sedan muna, Lancer GT-A. Unless you really need the space of the Tucson.

Kung parents, sige go for tucson. if TS, definitely Lancer EX .Crdi maintenance are a LOT pricey than diesel and gasoline engines. ang alam ko, in terms of maintenance cost, CRDI > diesel > gasoline engine.
