is your wife driving the car? kung may family driver kayo, go for the innova (diesel para tipid). pwedeng pwede siyang humiga at matulog sa rear seats pag traffic. plus may aircon vents sa 2nd and 3rd row seats kaya siguradong komportable siya. but if she's going to be the one driving the car, get the jazz. CVT na, tipid pa sa gas. di pa siya mahihirapan i-park dahil reasonably maliit ang dimensions. IMO, yung 3rd choice mo (civic) e mas mukhang para sa iyo

fyi: i got my wife an innova. she hates cars. nasisikipan siya. dami kasi niyang dala lagi. plus mas madaling sumakay (my other car kasi is a '96 civic na ni-lower ko dati -- banas na banas siya sumakay). incidentally, may driver kasi siya. happing-happy siya, lalo na pag may lakad silang magkakaibigan. parang schoolbus ang innova namin

I have a Honda City Idsi a/t Happy ako sa performance, Nag 15k Pms ako last sat. May product update sa transmision na ginawa ang Honda Kalookan, reset the TCU, ang laki ng improvement pag apak mo sa gas pedal sunod agad.

I also have InnovaG D4d a/t actually based on my computation mas matipid ang Honda city compare to my InnovaG mas matagtag ang Innova and yong D4d may problema.

    Honda city nalang bilin nyo.

If it is for the personal use of your wife,- I suggest that you go for the Jazz.

If she is going to use the 'car' to drive the kids to and from the school,- I suggest that you go for the Innova.

i'd suggest a more neutral color; you might end up doing most of the driving pag nakursunadahan mo B) nagarahe for a while ung ae92 ng uncle ko 'coz he fell in love with my aunt's starlet :D

saan b gagamitin yan? kung pangkarga Innova, kasi medyo mas malaki ung space un nga lang less sa comfort compared sa car... Malaki din naman space nung Jazz ahh... ilan ba expected sasakay? kung 3 including driver (say si esmi and 2 kids) use one of the ULT seats kung marami dala like bags or groceries.

Its hard making a comparision of a vehicle that hasnt been released yet. Its best to wait for the new 2006 Civic to be released and test drive first but just to be sure or safe, make a reservation inorder to avoid suffering the peril of people like me who did not anticipate the hopeless shortage with the Fortuner. ( Almost one year waiting and no sign of hope yet.)

One more thing, its not advisable to buy a new vehicle after its immediate release since there might be "bugs" (sometimes serious) that might crop up. Usually people who buy the vehicles in the first year of release, are the ones who "informally" test the vehicle for the manufacturer. The "bugs" or any improvements works its way up to the "updated" or facelifted version of the vehicle that the manufacturer releases after three or so years.

i recommend the jazz.easy handling, very responsive, impressive manouverability, very spacious and extremely functional
not to mention the "steermatic controls" and fuel frugality
btw it was driven to bagiuo fairly recently and there were no complaints w/ re to its stability and acceleration

Yup, just made the reservation for the 8th gen civic a while ago. i chose the 1.8 rather than the 2.0. Sabi kase ng agent mas maganda yung 1.8 sa handling and stability. nasalestalk ako kaya yun ang pinili ko. I'll keep you posted when i get to have the unit on april 3

ayaw ko yung Honda civic '06. Looks small and not really that worth it to get excited about, IMO. parang replica ng city na longer version...END OF THREAD NA SIGURO. We myt be settling to Fortuner vvti 4x2 variant.

The Fortuner is a very good choice. Just dont get discouraged initially by the wait or those dealer "robbery" schemes.

The line is still as long as it is...at least thats what they make you think anyway.

The "racket" is still going strong in some dealers. Even the Toyota-owned are sprouting more horns now, now that they have joined the ranks of other scrupulous dealers by offering the "required" add-ons.

I will write something more extensive regarding the current state of the Fortuner waiting line by next week in the proper thread.

hay nako!!!!The agent called me na may available na 4x2 vvti white. I was so excited to go to the casa....Kaso disappinted ako sa pricing nila. They gave me an insurance worth 55k and yet i asked my standard insurance agent how much is really the price, 26k lang daw. Sa BPI I was approved with 27% interest in 48 months. When toyota followed up my application, naging 40%. I went out disappointed. Just because i like Fortuner so much would not mean magpapaloko nako. I settled for the new civic. Labas ko na to mamya....

Yeah, anyone here na waiting pa rin? I still have the reservation till today...bukas daw iaallocate na sa iba. Btw, I'm from pampanga...
