    Hi Tsikot owners.
I need your inputs on buying my first ever car.
I can't decide which to chose between 2013 Honda City 1.3S MT or Hyundai Accent Hatchback 1.6 MT

Criteria that I'm considering: (most to least)
    1.FC
    2.Exterior design
    3.Interior design/finishes
    4.Resale value

Is the 2013 City 1.3S gas the most economical or the crdi hatchbatck?
Hirap ba tumakbo ang 1.3 pag puno na ang pasahero?
I find the accent hatchback interior is too strip-off compared sa honda city pero mas pogi tignan ung hatch.

    Please help!! TIA!

hindi yata apples to apples. subcompact vs compact. different price range pa. parang sinabi mong kakain ka ng shakeys or kakain ka ng don henricos?

pero anyway, given the choices and considerations, eh di accent na nga since may budget ka naman. you usually get what you pay for; mas mahal = mas maraming nabibigay.

Hi Sir! Do you mind sharing with me why you chose the City over the Accent? Thanks.

Accent for me being an accent owner...

Maganda naman loob ng accent.. everything you need IMHO is there.. All power, Airbags, disk breaks, security, all wheels..... San ka pa?

I like both cars TS mentioned.
    but.
If your planning to keep the car for a period of time, say 8 years or more,
ill choose the CITY, i think the city will be less of a headache to maintain in the long run.

Naitest drive mo na ba ang accent at city? Ako overall sa City based sa mga hinahanap mong criterias. Sa opinion ko FC lang lamang ng Accent over the City esp. the diesel variant.

^ FC, torque and hp for the diesel. if you are fully loaded with 5 passengers and luggage going up tagaytay or baguio then you will appreciate that 260 N-m torque at 1800-2500 rpm as againts the city's 1.3 engine's 114 N-m torque at 4500 rpm. pero kung sanay ka naman sa anemic, gutless honda engines e siguro ok lang sa iyo na gumagapang paakyat na naka-4000 rpm ang makina. wala nga yata ako nakikitang honda na umaakyat ng baguio na sa kennon ang daan.

medyo malambot lang ang rear suspension ng accent, but you can remedy that by installing those rubber spring inserts (cost P800/set of 2?).

its still a diesel, after some time of owning one, you'll eventually hear the sound of a used diesel engine (takataktaktaktaktaktaktak.....)
