help: diesel sportivo, innova or adventure?

ok din ang innova... dami na rin ang kumukuha.. bakit ganon?! naging mega taxis?!

Ganun talaga. Since inilaban siya sa Adventure at Sportivo, logical lang na gawin siyang pambiyahe. Besides, Toyota doesn't seem to mind.

pero when i ask my friend shy there is a vios taxi... ang explanation nila na tatangalin nila yung warranty nung vehicle na na purchase na ginawa ng taxi... i don't seem to understand bakit iba iba ang reason nila pag gagawing public/for hire vehicle....

Mas mabilis kasi malaspag yung sasakyan kapag ginagawang public transport, kaya siguro tatanggalan ng warranty. Kumbaga, hindi na siya sakop under normal use. Wala tayong magagawa, halimbawa hulugan lang yung sasakyan, kelangan ng may-ari ng pandagdag sa financing, kaya ginagamit yung sasakyan for extra income. Usually binabalewala ang warranty, kasi dinadahilan nila, marami naman silang kilalang mekaniko sa tabi-tabi.

im starting to like my sprotivo hehe. nabinyagan nga eh. nataon kasi tagulan na, nabinyagan ng baha! kaya after ng layas binabanlawan ko sa garahe. as if you read my personal opinion and review. yun ang sprotivo.for me. but i enjoy sportivo esp. sa fuel efficiency. space is not prob sa 1st and 2nd row. ang luwag :D sa 3rd hmmm tingin ko dina masama yung pagkaka ayos nun eh. tama lang.yun nga lang hassell pag sakay and baba. ano paba.. sa porma panalo naman. i own black so lutang yung mga chromes. which s good hehe. its all up to you sir! i vote sprotivo coz its my ride. hahehe. nakasakay na akos a adventure 05 and not liking it compare to sportvo but that just me.. :D sa innova di pa ako na sasakay. so its between sportivo and inova siguro...

for me between the three, it would be the innova. three reason : engine ( crdi diesel , newest diesel engine in town), suspension ( totally different meaning better than the other two, no comparison), power ( again no comparison, never ka bitin)

Anyway, it all boils down kung saan ka masaya. No matter what people say about your ride, the important thing is how you feel about it, since ikaw yung gumagamit niyan palagi. Dami kong naiisip na features na bagay sana sa Adventure ko, but I'm still happy the way it is, because it never fails to excite me.

Guys, lahat ok basta't masaya ka sa ride mo... Sa experience ko, Sportivo ang pinaka matagtag sa 3. Adventure na top of the line naman medyo masikip sa 2nd row than Sportivo and Innova. If budget is not a problem, I will pick Innova since its Common Rail na. Malakas talaga ang hatak ng Innova compared sa Sportivo and Adventure plus mas walang usok ang Innova. We had 1 of each kaya medyo accurate ako. HEHEHE.

Okay sana ang INNOVA, sobrang bland at sagwa lang talaga ng hitsura. Parang hitsurang malaking computer mouse na ewan. Kung okay lang sana ang dating niya, di na sana ako pipila sa Fortuner, nakatipid pako ng P100,000+. :praning:

Sportivo: pros: Panalo sa porma, tipid sa gasolina, tibay makina, anti-baha [note:
personal choice ko dati]
cons: cheap ang seatbelt, plastic moulding, poor workmanship, parang
truck na pinilit maging SUV.

adventure: pros: Simple porma, ganda interior at panalo sa workmanship, tipid and
diesel engine (in short, ang mga pagkukulang ng Sportivo sa interior
ay napunuan ng adventure) not to mention reasonably priced sya.
Remember, mas lower ang price mas lower ang comprehensive
insurance, a practical choice. Tibay? Nasa nagdadala yan.
cons: Tagged as Mega Taxi ng Pinas! yung lang...

Innova pros: Haven't seen its interior yet pero bagsak na sya sa exterior para sa
akin. Like the sportivo, its trying to compensate yung odd exterior
niya by providing a good interior. Reasonably priced.
cons: Ayokong bumili ng sasakyan na lalait-laitin lang ng nakakarami. So far,
only 1 out of 10 are in favor of innova sa mga pinagtanungan ko. At
sinabi pa na sikmurain mo na lang ang looks nya. It's a nice car
for me pero yung nga...gusto mo bang pag-usapan ka at ang car mo
each time you take it for a ride? Kakaasar yun di ba?

Regarding sa Engines, I can assure you ang pinakamatipid sa 3, is Sportivo, Adventure naman, mahina ang makina. Innova naman, malakas ang makina, medyo matakaw din sa gas.

Regarding sa Emmision, Sportivo ang way worst, madalas pinapara ng MMDA sa Slex. Adventure naman, middle sya. Innova, parang di diesel, walang ka-usok usok kahit tuwing umaga bagong start.

Regarding sa Everest, meron silang package na 30K, para palitan ang mga suspensions, para di matagtag ang biyahe.

Korean cars, mahirap sa resale, pagdating ng panahon kasi Filipinos still loves Honda and Toyota.

Thanks bro, I'll take note of your comments regarding fuel efficiency, emission, warranty and resale value. Wala kasing nag-comment ng ganyan sa thread ko. So far, as per hsc183 comments, here are my updated ratings:

2. Mitsu Adventure '05: [77.5% approval rate] nag -5% ako dahil sa hina ng makina at +2.5% ako sa minimal smoke emission.
3. Ford Everest: [85% approval rate] Nag +5% ako dahil sa warranty sa suspension at 30k
4. Kia Sorento: [80% approval rate] nag -5% ako coz of resale issues

So far, leading na ang everest. Dati sorento ang leading ko.

Jimaroquai, sa walang magawa ko, tinawagan ko ang friend ko na Buy and Sell sa Makati Auto Center (yata) sa may Jupiter St.. He told me kung Everest man bilhin natin, ok naman ang performance sa Manual (natest drive ko kasi sa Ford Manila ang Everest na Automatic, mabagal ang pick-up). Ang only downside ng Everest is dahil Ford sya, mas mababa ang resale value nya kaysa sa lahat ng nacompare natin, setting aside Sorento (kasi base sa buy and sell, ang ayaw nilang bilhin yun mga katulad ng galing sa GM (mahirap hanapin ang parts at mahal ang parts), Ford naman, walang problema ang parts, pero mababa lang daw talaga ang resale value, kasi majority ng 2nd Hand Buyers they still settle for Toyota, Honda and Mitsubishi or any Japanese car brands. I was also wondering why I seldom see in their area selling Isuzu. Maybe Isuzu reliable at legandary pagdating sa Diesel, pero Isuzu engineers always have a bad taste in designing their interiors.
