As much as possible get the latest model i think at that budget u can get 95-99 corolla or civic lxi 97. Pero kung personal car po and gagamitin po pormahan oks na oks ang hatch... and as what tsikoteers advise leave atleast 20k for repair and maintenance of the car that you will buy...
