I'm assuming that the TS is female, hence it's so refreshing to see a lady consider M/T cars among her choices.
Anyway, I'd go with the City; I took my early driving lessons in one. Quite a nimble car, and easy to handle. Pero whichever you choose, don't neglect to check the paint. ;)

Don't forget "easy to park" in that list.
Visibility in old Cities is tops compared to most cars of its age. Once you're used to the feeling of sitting "on" rather than "in" the car, the expansive glass area and lack of blind spots makes it an easy car to place on the road---whether in small gaps in traffic or on free-flowing highways.
