I'm just new in this forum and i need help. For you to understand my situation here's my story.....after working for 5 long hard years...akala ko nga mauubos na ang baga ko sa kabababad sa tubig eh. he he he... my boss is giving me a car pero 2nd hand lang at ako pa ang hahanap... eh nagkataon di ako marunong at ang budget nya lang sa akin ay maliit lang at ang requirements pa dapat daw matipid sa gas kung maaari nga daw 1.3 lang, maayos pa ang kabuuan at hindi dapat sirain. help naman po ano ba ang dapat kong hanapin.

August 26th, 2007 04:57 PM #3If you have no brand preference then there's lots of choices for you:
Toyota: 1.3J/E Vios, any XL or XE Corolla
Honda: 1.3 City, 1.3 Jazz
Nissan: any 1.3 Sentra (go for the newer models if you can)
Mitsubishi: Any 1.3 Lancer
Kia: Picanto
Hyundai: Getz
Suzuki: Alto (bnew is cheap already)
Chery: very questionable on safety and durability but b/new is almost priced at 2nd hand car level.
Be sure to have any 2nd hand car inspected by a trained mechanic (if he/she is your friend then better). If you go for fuel consumption, better get the manual than the automatic, or if you want almost stress free driving, get the latter instead.

at 110k medyo mahirap humanap ng matino sa price na yun, think these will fit the budget:
1. 89 corolla xl... dami parts nagkalat at simple lang makina
2. kia pride...may extra money ka pa pang ayos kungsakali
stay away from 88-92 sentra(box type) sakit sa ulo suspension at kalawang
89- 93 lancer singkit ok sana kaso baka makuha mo may tama chassis, sakit ulo yun.

August 28th, 2007 02:03 PM #7Naging particular na ang boss ko sa car na gusto nya hanapin ko for me... He wanted corola xe or xl...the problem is mataas ang price ng mga iyon Di naman tumaas ang budget....ang hirap..

a corolla big body XL or if you’re lucky enough go for the XE variant. Marami at affordable ang parts and fluid maintenance
