Mga sirs, perhaps some would find these 2 vehicles incomparable but we couldn't just help ourselves to seek some advices. Lately we are planning to get either a honda hatchback or rav 4 (3 doors 1st gen), both around 93 to 98 model.

Ano po ba ang maisusggest nyo between the two when it comes to:
    1) Mas reliable in any weather?
    2) Over all efficiency?
    3) Mas matipid sa gasolina?
    4) Madaling makahanap ng parts?
    5) Much cheaper na pyesa?
    6) Mas malakas humatak lalo na sa paahon?
    7) Advisable sa long drives?
    8) Over all performance and stability?

1.3 po ba ang mga hatchback or 1.6 din?

Although, mas mura ang hatch sa ganung modelo (which is a big plus na rin for decisions making), mga 120k to 150k lang ay may pormadong hatch na available ka nang makikita versus 230k to 250k+ naman ang rav 4...but still we would want to take the inputs of our experts here

Hopefully, we will be again enlightened by our gurus. TIA

    1. mas reliable in any weather ang RAV4.
    2. how to you define efficiency?
    3. mas matipid si HB
    4. both vehicle parts are easy to find
    5. mas cheaper ang pyesa ni HB
    6. mas malakas humatak si RAV4.
    7. mas advisable in long drives si RAV4
    8. Overall performance is sa RAV4

1.2 po ata si HB, kung stock pa yung makina.

    OT:
with your budget makakakuha ka na ng EG sedan, mas malaki ng onte sa HB, with a bigger engine pa.
may LX 1.5 carb and ESI 1.6 efi model ka pa pwede pamilian.

    BTT:
both 3 door kasi, limited space, pero still, the bigger car always get my vote.

Honda hatchback? You mean the EG Civic hatch available from 1992-1995? I'd avoid that if I were you. Its ridiculously priced in the 2nd hand car market, especially for a car this bare. 1.2L carb engine, no power amenities whatsoever... Besides, its very old already, and the EG is known for rust issues. If you're looking for a 3 door Rav4, I suggest you look for a 5 door instead. That's a lot more practical. For a 200+k budget, I'd get the 1st gen CRV instead.

Hatchback over Rav 4
