If you're into off roading pick the LC. If you prefer city driving get the EG hatch.

As a hobby, mas maganda ang FJ40. tibay pa sa baha.
take trail lessons, go trailing. If I have cash to burn I'd do that.
here's a really nice specimen. random image off the net.

April 11th, 2009 06:01 AM #5LC din ang 1st choice ko, pero I asked around regarding the B-engine parts, medyo mahirap na daw hanapin.

Land Cruiser. If the ride and handling is ok for you. These things ride and drive differently from a modern car. You might be in for a shock.
Pwede mo na ipamana sa anak mo iyan. Those things will never die. Up to now, brand new parts AND accessories are still being made by Toyota and third party companies for it.
My father is in the market for one. Probably his way of easing his midlife crisis. Hehe.
The Land Cruiser is one of the few vehicle models today with shops dedicated to it like 112 LC house, Dr. G's Car Clinic, etc. Even multiline shops like Motorcraft Banawe specialize in working on Cruisers. 40s included.
It was manufactured up until the year 2000 I think. No Honda had a model cycle that long.

Any particular reason why consider the EG hatch in the first place?
We know very well that those two cars are in a totally different league.
I have a feeling you want the LC40 for sentimental reasons.Last edited by isa1023; July 4th, 2012 at 12:58 AM.
