Kung 120-140k budget mo. I suggest na Toyota 1993-1997 Corolla bigbody. yung GLi variant na. All power amenities na yan. Marami pang piyesa. Surplus or brandnew. Hindi ka mahihirapan maghanap. 4afe engine para EFi na. Mas tipid yan kumpara sa 1.3L na 2e carb.
Usual na sakit - tagas sa power steering. Pero madali naman paayos yan. Saka resale value, hindi ganon kabilis bumaba. Hanap ka lang ng sariwa at kumpleto.

My friend got a GSR, according to him mahirap daw maghanap ng piyesa kapag nasisira so binenta nya na lang.

manual transmission needs far less maintenance than AT.. they also give better fuel mileage..
late 90s sentra with eccs (para electronic fuel injection na; less maintenance problems).
or late 90s corolla gli (electronic fuel injection rin).
and unless you have a brother for a latero't pintor, don't get car with bulutong. the kalawang is probably thru and thru already, or soon to be..

the sentra and corolla still have parts a-plenty, and they are relatively easy to maintain.
i used to own a sentra series 3 for 14 years.. nice car..

lancer? well.. they say the lancer suspension is marupok.. but the parts are also cheaper daw.. heh heh.

and stay away from engines bigger than 1600 cc.. generally, they are matakaw sa gas...

i don't know why that honda is there.. but i like the bugeye civic more..

In my opinion... Get the esi. Very reliable engine and parts are easy.

Unless major parts. Salamat sir!

Mga sir ask ko ulit, if nachange color na or nahilamusan ba ung terms e naaddress na kaya ung bulutong nun from stock paint?

Honda is honda. You get what you pay for. Kung porma at porma, meron.
Kung lakas ng makina, meron. Piyesa? If you really fancy a honda, here's a tip... yng pang ilalim ng 96-99 models (civic) share the same parts as the pizza pie lancer. So maintenance would be cheaper.

IMHO, get a big body corolla na EFI na MANUAL transmission. Mas madaling i maintain yan unlike yung matic. Or kung kaya pa, yng corolla lovelife na 1.3. From what I know, that was the first 1.3 engine to offer EFI.
