Ask ko lang Sir kung bakit gusto nyo ng 4x4? Me balak po ba kayong mag trailing once in a while? Pero A/T gusto nyo, so ibig sabihin siguro, you wan't a comfortable drive on the city also? Lastly po, you want value for money. So, ba't hindi nyo po i consider yung Everest 4x2 na 2.5 na lang?

the everest is too long for my taste ... like a pickup. that's why i'm so thankful wala na strada ko and naka-Santa Fe ako. talo ka sa traffic pag mahaba ka

Thanks guys sa mga inputs and keep em coming. Lumilinaw na ng konti.
To give you guys an idea, it'll be used 95% on paved roads and the remaining on farflung provincial and barrio roads but no intention of trailing (I'd get a rig that'll be used only for that purpose if ever I get hooked to it). I prefer a 4x4 because provincial roads can be unpredictable.
I'm actually leaning more towards Santa Fe due to it's styling (obviously), more luxurious and spacious interior, stability control (meron ba?), size and stance, and the fact that it was released in the U.S. and Europe (everest is asia only). Bakit dito eh walang curtain airbags? Wala pa lang kasing long history dito sa pinas kaya nagdadalawa pa ako.
Everest has a very tough, go anywhere stance (para bang wala kang takot kahit saan ka mapunta), 4x4 with low range, 4 airbags, also nice interior and space (kasya ako sa 3rd row pero walang headrest), higher ground clearance, superb engine and drivetrain. Styling is really for tough stuff. Ang ayoko lang eh released lang siya sa asia (wala akong makitang crash test)at walang stability control. Pero ang alam ko eh matibay siya.
Decisions, decisions.........

Sir drave,
youve explained before in the Strada Thread that you have to think of your growing kids and you have to have a car thats spacious that will fit your friends too. You go for the Sta. Fe.
It can seat the adults in the back unlike the Everest, the 3rd row is very cramped and painful.
Since you have your Strada. Its a proper off-road vehicle already.iam3739.com

hmmm...
obvious na ba sagot ko..
ganda kasi ng pinagpipilian mo eh. pero kahit anu naman sa 2 sulit naman siguro sayo yun.. mas nagustuhan ko lang talaga yung everest dahil bang for the buck. 4x4 out of town trips. kasya kami family pang maramihan na rin. mabilis din eh. hataw sa kalsada hindi ko ganu ramdam yung lubak.
