unless money is an issue, i would get the totl.
my only beef with some totl's, is the sunroof.
There is no need to pass around and repeat "unreliable" information ...
Yeah, same here ... Reasons not to get a sunroof ... Added weight in the wrong place, increased interior heat, more maintenance, weaker body frame ...

Have sunroof on my forester and the ecosport. Never bothered me a bit...but I can always slide it open when I want to have natural light and fresh air get into the cabin.

The problem with the sunroof on the GLX Vit is the cover does not have enough sun protection. As pointed out by TGP on their review of the car.
May need to tint the glass to cut down on UV rays.

The Vitara's sunroof is different, parang lulusot pa rin yung init at ilaw dun sa cover niya kahit naka close yung cover. Hindi daw solid yung cover, manipis lang na material. Naku...![]()
i have not inspected the sunroof, but i imagine, one can sandwich in a 1 or 2 cm thick styrofoam panel?
Yes, a friend has the totl. The shade material is almost paper like. He had the glass foil wrapped and it solved the heat problem. Un lang hindi na pwedeng mag gazing sa moon and stars while taking a bj. Lol!

I like cars with sunroofs. I open the shade cover sometimes to let natural light come in. When driving at a relaxed pace in the provincial back roads, I even open the glass roof.
However, I make sure to keep them closed when driving fast on the expressways. A small opening within the windows can produce some unwanted noise coming into the cabin, what more from turbulent air passing thru the roof at triple digit speeds.
