    IMHO, the Mercedes Benz E-class has a balanced value of being sporty & being elegant.

    Of course you couldn't take out the fact that it will also .. I mean, always ( ) be a head-turner.

    The Benz E350 coupe is a great car and nothing BMW locally offers for the same price range can compare. This car has the power, performance and the great looks.

    Only question is, are you going to get the coupe or are you willing to go for the convertible version?

    I would not like to be biased (besides the guys already said what I'm suppose to say) but in addition to what has already been stated, a coupe/vert always has it's premiums vs. a sports sedan. Price and resale value is heaven and earth.

    For a non-premium line, (S and 7-series), I find the MB to have an edge in riding comfort. Aside from what renzo already mentioned, a good balance of sport and elegance + a luxury ride.
