The Lancer EX would be your best pick but if you are buying 2nd hand, you will definitely have problems if you are looking for the 1.6L variant because it jsut recently came out. The 2.0L variant is the one that has been available since the EX has been sold locally. Your best value for money would be the GLS variant although the MX and GTA models have paddle shifts as standard.
