Usually naman, newer is heavier dahil tumataas lagi ang safety standards. Mas mabigat ang love life ng konti.

depende pa rin. pero considering the design of both cars saka yung amenities, parang palugi nga yung AE111.

Mabilis magdepreciate ang love life dahil mas mataas ang demand ng Civic VTi. Yung bigbody naman among the highest ang resale value dahil yun ang the best 1.6 nung time nito.

I find "lovelife" design boring. backview lang mas maganda na ang design ng big butt(opps, big body) especially yung reflectorized model (1992 ata yun)... IMHO.

XEs should get the job done with standard power steering, but GLi's offer more oomph when you're in a rush. It's really worth the extra, I tell you.

I have driven both models extensively. True, mas malaki nga yung bigbody (big nga eh) But I would go with the newer one just because of one of your reasons: maintenance. The older the car, the more problems it may have, unless napalitan na lahat ng previous owner at sasakyan mo na lang (which is hard to find for something that's 10 years old).

Maliban na lang kung talagang abusado yung driver, Corollas are made to last. The EFI engine is practically bulletproof. There's Cruven or Zee to take care of suspension matters. All other parts are readily available as well. They're indeed among the easiest cars to live with.

Strictly speaking, AE92 is the small body with the 4A engine. EE90(?) is the one with the 2E engine. So maybe EE100 is the big body with the 2E.
