CIVIC SIR 1999 or 2000?

Hi guys, just want to ask how do we know if a civic sir is a 1999 or 2000 model? do they have the same engine code? how about the upholstery inside the car? any other comparisons? Thanks a lot! hope to hear from you guys soon..

maybe the lights at the back. I guess! other would have white plastic from inner to outer, but some would just have the while plastic on the inner side of the rear lights hehe hula lang
