That is one efficient car considering that the 1.5 engine is more powerful than bigger 1.6l engines at the time. 10 to 11 km/l easy on city driving, 14 to 16 km/l hataw mode sa high way ... Kaya ayun, we ended up using it more as compared to my Tucson . . . 4 years pa lang e 110,000 km agad.

Sadly, the new City is no longer that efficient ... Even yung 1.3L ng officemate ko can't reach 8KM/L in makati traffic . . . Mas matipid pa nga yung MS GLS-V nya.

Hence, when I needed to replace my 2006 City, I ended up with an Elantra 1.8GLS that can do 8 to 9 KM/L easy in Makati Traffic . . . I suppose mas matipid sa traffic yung 1.6L

Bulok yung stock wipers

Sabi nya in the long run mas mahal daw pyesa and maintenance ng korean car kesa sa japanese like honda and toyota

Mukhang mas ok pa yung city 1.5 as compared sa 1.3 ...

And just for comparison: same makati-mandaluyong route, 4.7 km/l yung MS GLS-V nya

I sometimes use the 1.3L 2009 Jazz AT of my brother-in-law. Even though I appreciate its space and better handling compared to the 2009 City but I am not sure why I am getting a bit lower FC on it. I get about 9 km/L on it on my normal route. Maybe I just press the gas pedal on Jazz a bit firmer to get it to cruise when driving.

I own a honda city 1.3 MT, stuck na ko sa 11.6kmpl pure city driving.
