It boils down on "how you really like the car" and "are you willing to spend that much for that car" for you to pay 1.7M for a compact SUV. IMO the price of my Tucson CRDi Premium is ridiculous but I enjoy every moment using the car hehe.. Iniisip ko nalang binayaran lahat ng features nung Tucson, kaya nga "Premium Package" daw.

For the current price of the Tucson CRDi Premium (1.728M), get the new Santa Fe. Pero depende rin sa features yan. If I'm getting the new Santa Fe, I'm willing to shell out 2.3M for all the bells and whistles

Sulit na yun Sta Fe kahit 1.7M variant. This is probably the best model of Hyundai for me. Wag lang paloko sa 5 year warranty.

No problem! I actually wasn't expecting that for the Tucson since it sells like pancakes even in other countries and the reviews rarely mention the suspension performance. If it has the same ride as Sta. Fe, CX5 and CRV will still have a hard time. Oh, check out also the headrest sa front seats. It's directed too forward so your neck might get uncomfortable.

Curious ako since same platform yun dalawa. Baka mas maganda suspension ng Sportage.

He he.. Toyota finished 3rd & 6th while Mitsubishi 9th in this Rally... That engine is also using Bosch fuel system like your Sta Fe.. Not a laughing stock at all eh!! he he

Ok lang din naman sir. The bottomline was my wife is going to have a new car.

Can't compare eh. Magkaiba suspension ng Sportage at Tucson ko. Yung ARB at rear stab link magkaiba ng pwesto at itsura. Yung Tucson naka ASD shocks pa. Haha.

Allenjo, congrats to your wife for seeing the light (with regard to Korean brands) and for choosing Santa Fe. When my wife and I were car hunting 6 months ago, I saw the SF and told her this was "the one". Our main considerations were seating capacity and space. Cant say much about the other technical stuff but I knew it was the perfect fit for our family (we only have one kid but I have 3 siblings who usually ride along with us). So Grand Livina nalang. Hehe

Mahuhusay mga 1.9 DdiS o di kaya yung 2.7 or 3.2 V6 versions.
