The Spark is actually quite spacious, but the i10 does feel a bit more solid.
If you want something really cheap, Hyundai is launching the Eon at the Manila International Auto Show next week.

spark ka na. hyundai maintenance is 3000km or 3 months, sira budget mo jan sa every 3 months maintenance na yan.

Uh... while some dealerships are really mean and charge extra for platinum plugs, maintenance AFAIK is 5000 kms.

how about kia picanto? mas bago ito compared sa i10

More refined. Better visibility (especially the rear), better space.
3 cylinder engine also sounds a bit nicer. (Some people don't like it, though... lumpier idle).
More expensive spec-to-spec, though.
